I just purchased a Sedu hair iron. I just had to cut 6 inches off of my hair because i was using a cheap store brand hair iron and it damaged my hair so bad. I have medium length, medium thickness straight hair. It is now really healthy because of everything I just cut off, but I want to keep it like that. Are there any products that you would recommend to keep my hair healthy, prevent breakage, and protect it from heat? Any other tips for the Sedu hair iron? thank you so much.Products for use with a Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron 1';?
any type of heat protectant spray to put on your hair before you straighten it i use beyond the zone turn up the heat. this helps keep damage away. also make sure you aren't too harsh on the ends of your hair when you are using the flat iron, be gentle and don't leave it on for too long. its better to use more than one stroke of the flat iron than to just leave it on your hair. also since you do flat iron your hair i would seriously consider getting a trim every 5-6 weeks because no matter what your going to get split ends

I'm getting the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';). Is it any good?
FOR THE PEOPLE WHO OWN (or have owned) THIS STRAIGHTENER. (Your opinion please):
According to Folica, it's one of the bests.
Here's the site: http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Ionic_Cera_t1鈥?/a>
I have wavy, semi-thin, shoulder length, layered hair.
Does it damage hair easily? Does it break easily? Is it easy to use? How long does it take to heat up? How long can my hair stay straightened?
Yeah, sorry, I have alot of questions....I'm getting the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';). Is it any good?
-No! Use a heat spray
-Nope
-Yes,it's very versatile(curling,flipping,straightening鈥?br>
-Around 45 seconds.
-2-3 days
It's awesome! Better than CHI I can tell ya that.

Got my Sedu a while ago. love it!
the Maxi Glide is better
I got my Solia a few years back, it worked great for my hair (and my sister's hair too). Last August my sister went to a college in california, she took the Solia with her. Initially I wanted another Solia, but Jonna (my hair stylist) convinced me to get a Sedu. I did. Like Jonna said, Sedu is the best.
noooooooooooo!!! ghds are the best they can even straghten afro hair like my friends so they can definetly work on yours xx
Sedu is the best for my hair, have it for 4 yrs, still going strong
1) Yes, Sedu is good.
2) Sedu does not damage hair easily, at lease i did not find it is more damaging than other flat irons i used before.
3) It is light and very easy to use.
4) 20 - 30 seconds, it is fast
5) for me, the hair style lasts until next shampoo.
Sedu works great for my hair. My hairstyles last for days even in humid weather.

Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';)?
Is the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';) a good flat iron to use?Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';)?
oh yeah. go to folica.com and read all the reviews. i got mine there and i got a 2 year warranty 1 from folica 1 from sedu. i have a lot of thick, coarse, long hair and with other straightners it used to take me 2 hours and with the sedu it takes me 25 minutes and it goes up to 410 degrees so even when it rains my hair stays nice and straight :o)Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';)?
I absolutly love my straitener! It's the Sedu 1inch, too. Let me tell you, it does not lie! My hair is straight with one pass. It stays straight throughout the whole day, too. Even when you wake up. It doesn't leave my hair smelling burnt. And I use it EVERY morning to go to school. Heats up in 25 seconds. Leaves my hair soft and silky. And my hair isn't short and thin. It's right above my breats and my hair is normal to thick. I haven't gotton and split ends because of it. An I got it this September on the 22nd :) I love it! Got it from Folica.com.
Whatever you do, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT get the CHI. Doesn't have temperature control(Sedu does)so if your hair is thin it'll burn it! Makes your hair dry and stiff. And it smells bad! Breaks easily, too.
So get the Sedu! I promise you'll love it as much as I do!
xoxo
-Blah
Yes its a great iron! Why dont you get the new Sedu Revolution? Its new for this year, and its great!
I agree with the first answer-Chi's are horrible!

DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS : Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron ????
It got good reviews on folica.com but they said it will damage your hair pretty quickly. is this true? i straighten my hair 6 days a week.. whats a better straightener for me?DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS : Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron ????
Actually I just received the new one they released today ! I am looking forward to using it. I have read alot of reviews as well and I think if you buy a cheap flat iron they will damage your hair ...make sure you use heat protection. They make tons of different ones. You will love how soft and silky your hair will be.
Hope this helps ~~
Good Luck !DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS : Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron ????
I have it!
it's simply amazing
and no, it doesn't damage your hair very quickly or at all for that matter (for me anyway) if you use a heat protectant
it makes your hair so shiny and smooth and it doesn't get frizzy in the rain/humidity either. :DD!

Does the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron really work?!?
I've been doing some alot of research on flat irons.
I've narrowed down to the SEDU. I've read ALOT of positive reviews on it on Folica.com or all those just scams. like do they pay people to say that stuff?
and do you have to use anything on your hair before/after ironing it?
or does the sedu do all the work?
I really want to make sure before I spend alot of money on it.Does the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron really work?!?
Yes. I have it. It is AMAZING. i got it as a christmas gift, and let me tell you, it has been one of the greatest gifts ive ever gotten. I could straighten my hair dry or wet, and whatever. It also makes my hair look shinier after im done! its really worth it. im not sure if i have the tourmaline one, but i know that Sedu is a reliable brand (i got mine from folica.com also) so there would be no difference whether thats the one i have or not. If anything, that should be better than the non-tourmaline one. Hope i helped, Good luck! :Dfacial treatment

Which One: Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron 1.5'; or Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron 1.25';
Sedu: http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Ionic_Cera_d1560.html
Solia: http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1558.html
both are high rated on folica.com sedu is 1 and solia is 3 in all the straighteners on there. i have medium curly hair and i need to invest in a good straightener. the sedu is 126 and the solia is 88. have you had any experience with either of these and what did you think?Which One: Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron 1.5'; or Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron 1.25';
the Solia seems like the better one. better price, higher watts, and smaller plates. the smaller plates can help you do more styles with your hair than a bigger one. I'm actually considering that for myself *sigh* if only my mum would agree.Which One: Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron 1.5'; or Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron 1.25';
CHI .. just by a CHI. The day I bough one I cried becasue I had spent so much money and had skipped the CHI twice before.

Sedu is the best. Maxi glide has lots of pins, they catch and rip your hair.Which is better: maxxi glide or Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1陆';)?
